When your alarm system is armed and an event such as a burglary or fire trips the system, Witness Security moves into action. Your alarm system delivers a signal to the command center that prompts our technicians to respond with a phone call to you.
Our technicians will ask you to provide your password to verify we are talking to you and not an intruder. Then we’ll ask if the event is an accident or real and we’ll dispatch emergency assistance accordingly.
If You are located in the Tulsa, Broken Arrow, and Sapulpa communities is vitally important that you make sure that your city alarm permit is paid and up to date. THE POLICE WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED IF THEY ARE NOT.
If our technicians are unable to contact you on either of the two phone numbers you have provided, we will dispatch authorities immediately. Then we will call your contact list to get a message to you that an event has occurred.
